1.SIKINTA products can be sold to USA, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico. Before placing an order, you can send an e-mail to info@sikitan.com for confirmation. Customer service hours are Monday through Saturday 9:00-22:00.
2. All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours Pacific Standard Time (PST). Shipping time (including transit time) is 7-10 days. Weekday orders placed before 12:00 p.m. PST will be queued for same day shipment; weekday orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PST will be shipped the following day. Our business days are Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
3. We do not have fast postal service and the logistics cost for the deliverable area is $82. This is a fixed price and the estimated delivery date is shown on the delivery quote page.
